English above! Español abacho! Mit Drohnen kann man heutzutage sehr schöne Videos aus der Luft aufnehmen. Nicht nur professionelle Fotografen, sondern auch Hobbyfilmer springen immer mehr auf den Zug auf.

Leider sind die Regeln, was erlaubt ist und was nicht oft sehr undurchsichtig. So gibt es nicht nur von Land zu Land unterschiedliche Regeln, sondern oft sogar auch in verschiedenen Regionen, an Sehenswürdigkeiten oder in Nationalparks.

Einfuhr

Auf Teneriffa gelten die gleichen Regeln wie im restlichen Spanien. Die Einfuhr der Drohne ist natürlich erlaubt (anders als zum Beispiel in Ägypten oder Tunesien!). Oft wird man am Flughafen zwar noch einmal kurz gefilzt, aber dann problemlos durchgelassen. Bitte beachtet aber, dass die Akkus immer ins Handgepäck müssen.

NoFlyZones / Flugverbotzonen

Auf den Kanaren gibt es gleich mehrere Flugverbotzonen. Nicht nur wie natürlich anzunehmen rund um die Airports, ist auch das Fliegen in Nationalparks nicht ohne Genehmigung erlaubt. Wer also im Parque national de Teide mit der Drohne fliegen möchte, bekommt schnell von einem Parkranger Ärger. Solltet ihr dort fliegen wollen, holt euch eine Genehmigung bei der AESA. Wer denkt: "Ach, so drastisch werden die Strafen schon nicht sein", täuscht sich. Die AESA hat schon Strafen zwischen 300 und 21.000 Euro verhängt.

Was ist zu beachten?

Wer seine Drohne auf Teneriffa starten möchte, wird sicherlich grandiose Aufnahmen mit nach Hause bringen. Dennoch sollte man die Drohne beim Fliegen immer im Blick behalten, denn ein "Permanenter Sichtkontakt" ist Pflicht. Die maximale Flughöhe beträgt 120 Meter. Der Flug in autorisierten Gebieten wo auch Modellflugzeug fliegen dürfen und über unbewohnten Gebieten oder Bereichen ist erlaubt. Das Fliegen über Städte und bei einer großen Menschenansammlungen hingegen ist verboten, ebenso Nachtflüge. Natürlich ist auch im Bereich von Flughäfen, Flugplätze oder dergleichen verboten. Dazu zählen auch kleine Heliports wie beispielsweise an Krankenhäusern.

Sehenswerte Orte mit der Drohne

Nachfolgend möchte ich euch einige Orte empfehlen, die sehenswert sind. Bei manchen benötigt ihr wie oben beschrieben aber eine Erlaubnis. Bitte prüft das vorher, da sich solche Regeln schnell ändern. Die nachfolgenden Orte sind also Empfehlungen, ohne darauf zu achten, ob dort das Fliegen erlaubt ist, da wir für unsere Drohne eine Genehmigung hatten:

- Punta de Teno
- Buenavista del Norte
- Pyramiden von Güímar
- Anaga-Gebirge
- La Orotava
- Drago Milenario


Welche Produkte kann ich empfehlen?

Persönlich benutze ich die DJI Spark Combo (einzeln hier, weil sie einfach klein und handlich ist und selbst wenn man mal irgendwo geflogen ist, wo es sich als unerlaubt rausstellt, drücken die Aufpasser, Ranger, Polizisten meist ein Auge zu, weil sie eher als Spielzeug durchgeht, als zum Beispiel eine Phantom 4 (mittlerweile gibt es eine neue Version). Als zweite empfehlung würde ich euch die DJI Mavic Air ans Herz legen. Sie ist der günstigere, leichtere und bessere Nachfolger der DJI Mavic Pro. Ihr seht, ich bin absoluter DJI Fan. Und um die Reihe voll zu machen, gibts hier noch das Osmo 2 Gimbal (Nachfolger vom Osmo). Solltet ihr beim Fliegen noch unsicher sein, kauft euch eine DJI Care Refresh dazu. Damit sind Schäden und Verlust eures Quadcopters abgesichert. DJI hat derzeit zwei weitere Drohnen herausgebracht und zwar die Tello, welche in meinen Augen aber eher ein Spielzeug ist und die grandiose DJI Mavic 2.

Zubehör - möglich aber von uns ungetestet

Für jede der DJI Drohnen gibt es eine Menge Zubehör. Vieles davon ist von uns bisher aber ungetestet, weil uns schlichtweg noch das Geld dafür fehlt. Gerne würden wir in Zukunft aber Beispielsweise die DJI Goggles nutzen - eine FPV Brille für die Spark und Mavic.
